Malcolm Toft aquires the Trident name again

PMI audio have just aquired the rights to the Trident name. Malcolm Toft heads PMI's European operations !!

I think this was my fault.  I contacted Toft about this around the time this happened and asked him about the Trident S20.  I wanted to know if his mic pre sounded like the S20.  He acted like he hadn't heard of it.  So I sent him a link confused why he wouldn't know of a product that uses the name of something he helped design.  I never heard back and a very short time later the Trident S20 was no more and the name changed. 

Is anyone willing to get a DIY Trident Series 80 mic pre going?  I've been looking to do this for several years now.
