Ceramic capacitor marking dosn't follow strict rules, I'm afraid.
n22 = 0.22nF = 220pF - this is not misunderstandable.
270 = most often "27-and-no-zeroes" - meaning 27pF. But sometimes it's used for 270pF as well.
10 = almost certainly 10pF if it's small enough (a simple 10 could also mean 10u, but they're polyester and much larger)
