Racking Ward Beck 470

Just picked up a pair of Ward Beck 470 input modules. Has anyone out there worked with these? I don't really have any specific questions yet but would really welcome any wisdom that could be imparted my way.

Indeed, the manuals I downloaded from there look pretty straight forward. In most of my searches Dave Thomas is mentioned but the contact link on WBPS gives me a funky message. Does anyone have his contact info?
