I need help about the 1176 rev D board 05.01.07

Hi, every one
I have some problems with the compressor  2-1176LN
1º.-  when I switch the meter selector to VU mode it doesn't work.
2º.-  when the ratio selector is in ALL it work the same way that when the meter selector is  in BYPASS (the compressor doesn't do what it has to do)
3º.- when I turn off the compressor the VUmeters mark reverse While the capacitors are discharging.
