DIY Headphone Distribution Amp

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some help here. Maybe a link or two or just some thoughts. I'm new to DIY (Building the GSSL right now - going great by the way).

Anyway, I'm wanting to build a Headphone Distribution Amp. I have a presonus HP4, but that thing picks up radio pretty bad through my Toft ATB 16 mixer. I'd like to build something similar but better. Maybe even 6 headphone outputs. Individual volume control. Mainly something that doesn't pick up rock music when I'm rockin I'd really like it to be a high quality unit that I'll always have and puts out great sound.

So... Is there a project out there that someone has chronicled and I could get started on?

Try this, I built one a couple of years ago for my "too quiet" Ipod
Sounds superb and is an easy build.
I'm sure that you could fit 4/6 in a 1U rack easily.

Looking at the METAs never hurts. In your particular case, I'd suggest the Headphone META.

Plan B is a forum search; 'headphone distribution' brings up quite a few hits (including this thread).
