Hey everyone. I'm looking for some help here. Maybe a link or two or just some thoughts. I'm new to DIY (Building the GSSL right now - going great by the way).

Anyway, I'm wanting to build a Headphone Distribution Amp. I have a presonus HP4, but that thing picks up radio pretty bad through my Toft ATB 16 mixer. I'd like to build something similar but better. Maybe even 6 headphone outputs. Individual volume control. Mainly something that doesn't pick up rock music when I'm rockin :) I'd really like it to be a high quality unit that I'll always have and puts out great sound.

So... Is there a project out there that someone has chronicled and I could get started on?

Thanks for any help!

Try this, I built one a couple of years ago for my "too quiet" Ipod
Sounds superb and is an easy build.
I'm sure that you could fit 4/6 in a 1U rack easily.

MM.

EDIT !!  oops, sorry, it's not a distribution amp and won't work well that way at all, let me do
some more "digging"  !!

Looking at the METAs never hurts. In your particular case, I'd suggest the Headphone META.

Plan B is a forum search; 'headphone distribution' brings up quite a few hits (including this thread).
