Hi guys

i´m new on this projects, i have read this forum a lot and i go for a gssl diy.
this is my first clone and i have a litlle question.

i have buy some dbx 202c vca's from a console of BBC( ingland), i buy a turbo sidechaid board kit.

my question is if i use the dbx vca´s can i use any other vca in sidechain and turbo board?

Yes you can use any VCA
if you use the 202c VCA try the 2150 & 2151 is very close to the 202.
I not sure but i think the 202 is 8x2150

i gonna see this vca's, sorry but i dont know ,yet (becase i'm gonna read wall this forum  :D)

if 202 are made whit 8 vca

i read (not where) that to gssl stay perfect whit the dbx 202c must be built whit great quality components...wath this means??are better resistor, capacitor, etc,that the list of gyraf gssl?

try to take wima caps for the poly and generaly a good parts for others.

for the turbo try to match the VCAs
ex: if you use a 2150 on your mainboard put a 2150 on the turbo board etc......
