Fine Wire Mesh in UK

Anyone know of a UK supplier like McMaster-Carr.

I have a colleague here who is building mic bodies to test grill shape and layers as a little project.

He tried ordering from McMaster but they are now refusing to do orders outside the US except for a few long standing customers.

We are in need of mesh similar to Neuman sizes, between 1mm and 0.25 mm diameter with spacings of 0.5, 1 and 2mm, perhaps a little larger too.

Anyone know of a decent source in the UK, have tried deep google searches but most offer sheets too large or too large a perforation.

Why don't we have something as useful and as cool as McMaster in the bloody UK?!

You might find something suitable here amongst their stainless or brass products, although you might have to buy a metre or two ...
