Audioarts 8x refurb need some help please!

So I recently acquired a 24 Ch Audioarts 8X.  I've heard from some other users that this is a pretty decent sounding console and the price was right, so I'm planning to do some work to bring it back into service.  It's in pretty decent shape, 1 dead channel, some scratchy pots and switches, needs recapping.  I figure I'll start by recapping the PSU.  The schematic shows a single 4700uf cap per rail, but in reality it is 2 2200uf's in series.  Any recommendations on values or brand/series of caps I should use?  also any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

ok, let me be more specific.  Are 4 10000uf caps going to work or will that produce more smoke than a Marley family reunion?
