I've heard that powering a opamp from a single rail power supply via a voltage divider is a bad idea. Is it?
24vdc in, thru a voltage divider makes 12+ 0 12-. Should 0 be connected to the rest of the circuit ground?
Most importantly, is this a really bad idea?
