Maybe stupid question, but i didn't find info in P&G data sheet. :?:
Are they DC capable, or is it possible to burn them with some portion of DC voltage. When i say portion, I'm thinking about non dc coupled circuit +/-24v in front of fader :?: :green:

Very often, P&G faders are used in console automation, carrying nothing but DC. So they will undoubtedly work fine with DC.

But another question is how they will sound with mixed DC and AC like you are planning to feed them. I would not do that - why not simply use a good-quality polyester cap to DC-isolate them?

Thats what i was thinking.... but was not sure. Im not sure about sound, have to try, but my idea was to stay as much is possible in correct phase in this stage (so, thats why i wanted to skip any cap). I can tune buffers under 1mv dc, but afraid from some fault situation, and maybe + or - 24v on the fader :?: Anyway thanks, and if somebody has some opposite thoughts about please say :thumb:
