This PCB etching solution changed my life !

Hello.

Many of you probably know this, but i didn´t knew, and whooooa !

the one thing i really hated about etching my own PCB´s at home was the f*cking ferric chloride...but this is sick, super fast, in my case, like 4 minutes for a 6x9 pcb, no need to agitate the solution while etching...now i have no excuse to do more home etching.

Did i mention that muriatic acid i got here has 9% concentration so i used a 1:1 proportion instead of 2:1 ?

What did you use for your resist, laser toner or photosensitive ?

Just be aware the harshness of the chemicals.
I investigated this solution and decided to stick with ferric chloride.

Laser toner

It is strong, that´s why i use such a small amount, just enough to cover the PCB (no fumes in my case), and you are not supposed to throw away the etchant..it should last very long and you can reactivate the etchant.
