Anyone on EAST Coast of Australia who could help fix a 1176 Mnats Rev J

Hey All,

I am currently trouble shooting a Rev J Mnats 1176. Everything is wired up and in the case, but I just can't get the DC bias right, and being my first build, I'm in way over my head...I've checked and re-checked components, voltages etc, and well i'm totally lost...

I am happy to compensate(within reason) anyone who can get this working...
I am located in Northern NSW, but am willing to ship...
