Hi all,

I was torn as to whether this was a lab or brewery topic but does anyone have any experience with the Weller WHS40D soldering station?  A friend is considering buying one and is looking for info.  I'm a happy Hakko user myself.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I've been using a weller tcp soldering iron for years.  I got it from a college who had owned it for years, after it was donated by a local company.  I'm not sure if ths is the same station that you are talking about, but in my experiences Weller have been extremely reliable.
