Do any of you guys know where he got the case....? It looks like its good quality. And before you ask i did  email him afew weeks back with no reply.  :'(


Can anybody help in the quest for the secret rack case?  ::)

looks like a par metal with a custom depth.  that is what cayocosta used in his build, and specs in his parts list.  his site is linked from the crossen streams page.

The par metal custom sizes are a standard minimum fee of 121.00.  If you're handy with cutting/shearing metal, get the 12 series 3 RU 12in deep and just cut it to the size you want it.  I did that and it worked out great.  Also, the 12 series differs from the 14 series in having a double front panel which is handy for using rotary switches that have the stress tabs that require an extra small hole - i.e you won't have to have it sticking through the front panel.  Just make sure you get pots with full 3/8 bushing length for the extra clearance space.  The cost for the 12 series -1219125A is 81.00.
 
Sorry to bring this one back from the dead... But does anyone have any PDF's or trace sheets that will determine the correct drilling measurements for one of these to mount the tubes and tranny on the back of the box?
