So I started this project years ago and got it to a certain point.  It actually was working but I could never get the meter to respond correctly.  Now, I want to finish it but I need some help.  Anyone in the Charlottesville, Richmond or DC area that can lend a hand?  Please? :)
 
im in Richmond, and while im not a pro, i would certainly have a look under the hood and perhaps a different set of eyes will help...
