It is harder to find here. I needed some NTE for a stomp project but I couldnt find.3nity said:
I saw some discussion about replacement but its seems to be some transistors like BC560C and similar.

Found this thread today, this is my first post..
Upon Jim Williams' recommendation, I went with Hitachi 2SC2545 for the NPNs and Hitachi 2SA1083 for the PNPs. They were a p.i.t.a. to track down (both are no longer made, afaik). Compared with the stock transistors, the Hitachi replacements are a big improvement - greatly reducing audible noise/hiss..
