Any pcb manufacturer's accepting film work or anyone converting it ?

i'm starting to call around but an old school friend of mine
has his product line all on film neg / positives and somehow
needs to get gerbers or something pcb manufacturers will accept

any idea's other than starting from scratch ?

Isn't there some kind of bitmap-to-gerber plugin in Eagle? How about scanning the films, converting to black and white, and importing into Eagle?

that precludes me learning Eagle
which it's probably about time [ to do so ]
