Circa early 1980s. Obviously not in production anymore. Appears to be an Infineon number, but nothing came up searching their site. (no response from my inquiry to them either) i could probably find an equivalent based on the specs, but can't find a datasheet.
I figure it's a long shot, but hey, I never threw out an old semiconductor databook in my life. I figure there are more on this list like me. ;D
