Canadians, any idea how much it would cost to ship this Beyer M88 headbasket?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250404257475

It was $6, and the seller wants $61.81 to send it to the UK. I reckon it probably weighs around 20g and is very small so would fit in a padded envelope (small packet).

Cheers,

Roddy

I hate when people do that. They know very well that it would cost only a few dollars but he is trying to screw you becuase he does not want it go for $6. I hope one of our Canadian friends help you out with a delivery to his/her address and ships it to you.

he's definitely jerking you around. you can prove it here:

Thanks guys. I'm going to ask him if he'll send it as a large letter as the M88 grill is around 20mm deep.

Otherwise he can suck a fat one.

i should add that the seller might just be a bit dim or careless. canada post's site often seems to suggest pricier shipping options first, forcing you to scroll down to the cheaper ones. if i were you, i'd just tell him/her about the cheapest shipping option. it seems to me like it should be under $5cdn.

you can catch more flies with honey than stinky old stilton.

errr that didn't come out the way i intended.
anyhow good luck dealing the dimwit and/or bastard

Hah!

I can't seem to get him to ship it cheaply to the UK. Does anyone in Canada regularly go to the post office and would be able to post an M88 head grill?

Cheers,

Roddy
