Gridcurrent, you have those on your bench? would love to see some inductance tests on the secondary winds, put 1 V-rms at 20 Hz and read AC current, which would be in the micro-amp range,

LS-10 black  HA case

I'm gonna guess that came off some 1940's Gates equipment and the 'LS' is a red ink stamp.  Some of what they labeled LS is, and some isn't.  Some of what looks HA measures as A, and has the smaller A terminal layout even though it's an HA size phenolic.

1 VAC rms was excessive resulting in very unstable readings.

test conditions
20.00 Hz @ 0.1 VAC rms
50 ohms source Z
micro-amp meter placed in series with transformer secondary windings,
(terminals 7 and 10)

minimum and maximum readings noted due to measurement fluctuations

additional measurements taken with LCR meter @ 120 Hz

1.7 to 2.8 uA
670 H @ 120 Hz, Q=1.69

LS-10 black  HA case, 8 strapped to 9
1.7 to 3.2 uA
1376 H @ 120 Hz, Q=1.93

HA-100x dark grey, riveted badge, 8 strapped to 9
2.1 to 4.4 uA
2128 H @ 120 Hz, Q=1.7
