The cores are the Conrad inductor sets, BF25 or so. 1900nH. The counter is a GDR frequency counter, courtesy of the school that once occupied the building. One nixie was broken, but luckily we had two counters. The sewing machine is also an old east german model.
With a bit of practice, it's actually not that difficult. Taking the sewing machine apart was the worst part.
