RFZ Preamplifier?Do you know something about them?(pictures inside)

I just see that RFZ module,do you know what it is exactly?
It show 2 EF86 and 1 ECC82,it runs on 220V.

this is defl. not a V76 nor a V241.

Could you make some more photos and write down the name(s) of the tubes (incl. manufactorer). This may help to exclude West/East Germany..
Especilally a picture of the wiring could help...
