Hi All,
Last friday i receive an e-mail from banzai music with the DPD tracking number of the parcel but if i'm going to the DPD web site the number was incorrect !!!!
anyone have experience about this or can you help me ??

Maybe the following:
- the number may not have been processed by the website yet
- you could be missing one digit from the number provided
- they might have given you the wrong number.
- Maybe only partial of the number provided is the tracking number

Contact them and get them to trace it. Its easy to speculate, but the best thing to do is contact them straight away to see if there is an error somewhere because if you were provided a number and its not working, then theres already an issue there to begin with.

I have contact Banzai but at the moment no answer .....
I hope it is only a problem of wrong number .

I receive this e-mail from banzai music:

The parcel hasn’t yet been collected by DPD. The email with the tracking code that you received states 16-11-09 as shipping date which will be tomorrow. Try checking the tracking moday afternoon or tuesday. Then the tracking information will be updated in the DPD database.

Now is all clear
