gyraf Pultec --help needed--

Just was wondering if there is anyone who can help me
Just finished my 2nd  gyraf pultec eq, first one was working great ...and still is  ;D
But my 2nd one doesnt work at all , all  voltages are 96 V AC (at the tube )
The torroids are  4 amp,  checked everything  ..... i'm now at a point off taking it appart and start all over again ....but before i do so  ....well you know what  i mean........HELP!!

Once a friend of mine had exactly the same kind of problem...It was the fuse missing :-[

if it powers up, its not the fuse.
Is it no signal whatsoever? If so then I'd check heater voltages, xlr connections,
input/output transformer wiring, or possibly a missed part on the board.

I had my pair of s800s powered up fine but passed no audio.
I studied them for days to no avail.
Finally I saw I missed a small jumper on each channel, soldered them in and
voila! Everything works great.
