Quick and simple question, what are you guys using for tube mic pre power transformers with regards to phantom power?

Alternatively, there are a couple of valve PSU transformers available with an extra 24v winding, such as these:

As long as the 24v winding can supply enough current, you could use a voltage doubler to get 48v. I've got one of those Musikding trafos (which actually says 24v at 0.5A on the sticker). I'm planning to give that one a bash as an all-in-one solution for a valve mic pre...

hammond will wind you a  pwr trans with a 48 volt tap,

i even got a print and a part number, forgot the price, it does not have to be a group buy, but it will be a bit more than there usual  120>240-12.6 ct.

then, if everybody started buying them, they would put it i the catalog.

fwiw you can get a linear PSU that has 115 Ac on the input and 48VDC @ 1 amp on the output from mouser for like 30 dollars. Might just be cheaper to add that into the whole chain....

my manley 16 channel mixer works in a similar fashion where all the voltages needed are on their own PSU board...

Excuse me if this thread is out of date but this one is very nice…
