I've got a few western electric transformers that I'm looking for specs on.

WE 233d input transformers

WE 186b and 186c output transformers

WE Repeat 109a

Any info?

186B looks like 200-3.5K, 175:30K imp ratio pri 1-2, sec 3-4 & 5-6

186C - 200-3.5K, 1K:12K imp ratio  pri 2-1 & 6-5, sec 4-3 & 8-7

233D input 20K:50K, 60-5kHz  looks like split windings on both sides
186B output 30K:175 voice
186C output 12K:1K voice
109A repeat 30:27K 1K (yes, only 1K) freq range; for?  Inductance for pri stated as minimum 0.1H

from 1947 data  what are your date stamps?

These things are huge and heavy!  I think the date stamps are 2-44 and 3-44 they are the only numbers that are 233d etc.  I've had the 233d running on an output stage getting a signal way past 10k and looking like it rolls of above my audio playback...  Does that seem right?

Sometimes the WE freq. specs are right, sometimes they are 'worst case' or 'intended use', and they can change over decades of production and revision.  I wonder if they are not also a comment on phase accuracy with regards to intended phone co. circuits.  233D for example, it'd be real hard with such a low ratio to screw up the response much.
