ADK A51-TL internal wiring problem - Help needed

should be easy to figure out without a schematic... post photos.
ok, mic is now working but only as cardioid. I've connected red wire to the cap that goes to fet gate, yellow wire to earth. back capsule red is connected to the other pcb as seen in the pic but mic is not
working as multi pattern only as cardioid. any idea why? .
Is there a similar circuit that I can use as a reference ?

not off the top of my head but I suspect either the capsule is not connected in the right spot or that side of the capsule is dead
I tested both capsules, they are both working individualy. back one is connected to the same
spot it was before, going to a cap which is connected to the multipattern switch, there is
voltage on the back capsule. mic only works as cardioid though.

problem is solved now.
yellow (common to both capsules) goes to fet trought a cap.
red (front capsule) goes to earth - that was my mistake !
other red goes to the polarity switch trough a cap.
mic sounds great now in any position.
