I believe that is a driver card for the phasemeter in a vintage Cadac desk.
The transformer is a line in one but I do not have any specs on it.

If you ever want to sell the card please let me know since I could use it as a spare for my desk.

These are the same as in Audix 35102 - line in xformers, very similar to 31267.

Thomas TK provided this over at Aurora Audio:

The T1448 was also used as a line-in transformer in the Audix 35102 channel amp.

This is a line bridging transformer. Designed specifically to isolate equipment with previously unbalanced input arrangment, this transformer may be inserted without serious loss of level.
10k/2k5 : 9k6/2k4 ( 2 x 5k : 2 x 4k8 windings )
Secondary load: 9k6 (rated)
Input impedance: 10k
voltage ratio-insertion loss:1dB
Frequency response (600ohms source, 9k6 load): +/-0,3dB (20Hz-15kHz and -0,5dB at 20kHz

hello
thank you for your answers
pins 2 and 3-4 ...172 ohm
pins 5 and 34 ...174 ohm

pins 10 and 8-9 ...27,2
pins  7 and 8-9 ...27

API...it's not that i don't want to sell the card but i have it for 4 years and it's not mine so i just want to test the transformers
maybe it's worth to copy the layout
to be fair i have some electronic knowledge but i 'm newbe with ratios and transformers,i just built jensen di and reamp.

can i make a circuit i could plug direct to a eq ,effect ,or preamp ...or i didn't understand ? to make it more versatile .
i have to read and learn more but good advices are always welcome.
