I don't have room for this console but the owner says I can have it
if I come and pick up this BEAST.  (I got to rent a truck and pay some helpers
a few beers.) What to do??  Anyone used one of these desks?? The input strips
are Model 900SLE.  I know some Auditronics input strip EQs used inductors but
Is this one of them?  I know a little about a lot of things and a lot about a few things
BUT I don't know S**T about Auditronics.  Any Help/advice would be very much appreciated.
I have not seen this guy in the flesh yet.. I hope next week.

Thanks Guys and Gals..

Looks rather interesting Gary. I wish I could tell you more about it but...I got nuthin. However, the price is right!  ;D ;D

It does look like a beast for sure. Maybe there's some nice iron in there?

best, Jeff

take out a single channel strip and snap us some pictures, please! would be interesting to find out about busses and summing configurations as well, any discretes etc..

Looks like a decent broadcast tank, real VU meters and all.

Perhaps you'll have better luck dropping the O and searching for Auditronics?  I've only found a couple 900's on the web, and they seemed to be available with mix of mic and stereo line input channels.  Looks interesting for sure.  I'd say it's worth the effort to pick up.

looks like a broadcast board.... but that is just a guess

pucho...
It is a broadcast board for SHURE. I know some of the history of this guy.
It was used in broadcast TV News for 15+ years.  Now its owned by a third
party and has been sitting in storage in for a few years now.

Thanks Miko for the spelling tip.  I'll google some more.

Eje ..WOW THE FREIGHT COSTS !! ;D ;D ;D

This Desk is full of 5532, LF353, 4558 and TONS of CMOS (every switching
operation known  to mankind must be controlled with this stuff.)

It has:  12 Mono Mic Modules ( I don't think these are Trafo inputs.. WILL SEE)
          12 Stereo Line Modules
          NO PSU ???
          NO Manual ???

I am trying to Pry a manual out of Wheatstone.. Wish Me Luck.
I will post more picts when I get a chance.
