Last call for the OV560 kits.

I'm in contact with a distributor for finished units, if we find an agreement this would stop any OV560 supplied from me directly (incl. DIY versions)

ok, no love for the OV560 here ...
Transformers too expensive?  :o

at least the input for the upcoming PMV70X is the same ;D
and the output isn't doable new anymore ...

Hi Greg,

compared to other projects it is a bit pricey, I know.
this is mainly because of the transformers (which I sell for the 25 pieces price).

however, I can't sit on a EUR 15K+ investment forever, so I have to find other ways to get it back.
since the OV560 is API compatible one possibility is to sell them readily build thru a worldwide distributor (I'm in contact about this).
for sure he will add at least 25% to the price and will want it exclusive, if this happens the kits sold here are obsolete.

no, I never do clips, but:

Both 560 channels appear to work perfectly, both mic and hi-z inputs. Thanks V. for the help on the last bits. They sound great. Very nice definition and presence. I suspect the cost of the Haufe transformers is well justified. ...

...first session with OV560.
Sounds a little like a Chandler Germanium, thick and warm  ;D

Yeah, it is the cost for me. I'd love a pair if cost weren't an issue :)

ATTENTION - OFFLINE

Just received an email from my internet provider:

they took 51xAudio.com offline since it has been hacked and was used for DOS attacks.

This means I haven't received any emails / can't respond etc since yesterday.

Will let you know once this is solved ...

Are there any more 51x versions for purchase or did I miss the boat and this is this the only option to get the Jensamp now?
Thanks for your help.

The Jensamp-51X is discontinued and out of production.

The K13117 is not 51X and has nothing to do with the Jensamp, the only part they share is the designer.
