Lost password notification - anyone else get one?

I don't remember asking for a lost password reminder, but this just landed in my inbox:

It sounds like someone may be trying to hack into your account.

But they would have to hijack your email too...

good luck.. not sure why, do you have any special friends?

Just do what it says, but use a bogus password like "fuckoff", then test it to see if it works. If it doesn't, the scammers only gained a bogus password. I do this with anything that sounds fishy like this.
