Hola,

I have 2 Langevin 116b Amplifiers with trays and I would like some info on these.. I want to use them as mic preamps but need a power supply.

from Internet research I found out that they require quote " 6.3V .6 amplifier filament and 275V DC 8ma plate supply. " As I am a "newbie" in electronics and DIY I don't know how to make it so any info this is greatly aprecciated.

Would this psu kit work for a Mic pre situation  http://glass-ware.stores.yahoo.net/pstuposu.html

Thank you

looks like that would work, as would the off-the-shelf International Power regulated linear supply module, which is about the same price.  With the International Power module you would still need a filament transformer.  With the PS-4 you still need a power transformer.
