I am looking for a P-MOSFET to replace a relay that switches on and off the +5V power rail at max 1A current.
VP01 came into my mind first but I am not sure if it is even manufactured anymore. And the specs of that ancient type are quite far from what I need anyway.
- able to switch 5V at 1A current
- low Rds (0.2 ohms or less would be perfect)
- can be controlled directly by a 5V logic signal
Maybe someone here can recommend an industry standard type that is easily available.
The number of alternatives is so huge that I don't know where to start.
