ORBAN 622B was turned into mono//////NEVERMIND

Hi guys, I've got an orban 622b eq here and both channels are summed into mono.
It is so clean inside that I can't see where the mod was done to do that, does any one know how to make it back into a stereo eq?

EDIT:
Nevermind that, I hadn't been careful about how this thing was previousely wired, apparently someone decided that pin1 on an xlr had to be HOT and the whole thing was messed up.
Smart as I am, I strated dismanteling the whole thing BEFORE checkin the wiring...
It's funny that the eq still worked though. But then it was mono and it oscillated at hight input settings...
Oh well...
