Looking for mic-bar 'standoff'

Hello,

I'm looking for a hard to describe item, so searching for it didn't give much.

We'll all recognize that positioning two mics on a stereo-bar could
well use a little 'standoff-gadget' that lifts one of the mics a bit up,
so that both mics can be horizontal, instead of getting in the way of each other.
It seems to be included in some high-$$$ mic-sets, but I was wondering where
one could buy one separately.

Could DIY one myself, but this item will be out there I figure, I'm just not sure what to call it...

It's one of those not strictly necessary things, but a handy gadget anyhow. Anybody knows more ?

I use one of those 5/8"-to-3/8" converters, with another 3/8"-to-5/8" converter stacked on top...

Or vice-versa. ;-)
