I want to build a box that will help me integrate my Revox B77 1/4" machine as a tape delay into my rig.

I want to come out from my rosetta convertors, go to the box that I'm making, downgrad to to unbalanced -10 signal, go in and out of the b77, (I also want to be able to send output signal to the input for feedback), bring the level up to +4, and go back into my convertors.

Has anyone seen a build for something like this on the DIY or another forum?

if you're not plan any other connections, except converter/delay, my sugestion is that you connect your converter unbalanced to delay, and change in/out gain settings in your converter.

regards,
Ivica

Yep it should work okay just running straight out

I'm in the midst of building a 6 channel one of these for all my tape delays based on JLM's Dingo Jr cards (jlmaudio.com). It would be done but I'm too lazy to drill the chassis. I always hate the metalwork. Four channels are set up as standard balanced/unbalanced converters, and two are setup as reamps for integrating guitar pedals. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I built the Adjusticator for this exact solution. Probably what you're looking for.

Couldn't be built for that price.

Rosetta > mixer ch /  aux > Revox in / Revox  out  > other mixer ch /  Master out back into Rosetta

Aux on Revox return is now a feedback control with EQ available at send or return point to control just how crispy the 'locusts' sound or how deep the subterranean growl is.  ;D
