Electrolytic caps in audio circuits article, etc. in Elektor
« on: October 18, 2010, 07:32:17 PM »
Hey!

I occasionally pick up a tech magazine and the current issue of Elektor has alot of audio related articles. Including "Electrolytic capacitors in audio circuits." Fairly interesting... nothing too intense... just set up some tests and took some measurements.

There's also an article by Doug Self on a power amp design.

Just thought i'd share!

I have been an Elektor reader since 1977. I used to save up whole month to get an issue and I could not afford it every month as it used to be imported in Turkey. I still have my 1979 print of 300 Circuits. There used to be mistakes in circuits but that's how you learned. I stopped my subscription couple of years ago but I get the odd issues here an there. It used to have a lot of audio related projects but in the last few years it has  become mostly microccontroller and computer based. Still a good magazine though.

Yeah, i wasn't sure if many people around here were subscribers since it doesn't have a ton of DIY audio stuff.

I DO like all the micro stuff.
