Weber speakers sells one of the smaller versions for 2 bits should you need them.  Decent clone with brass insert but not 100% aesthetically.

None of those really look quite right, but so long as "like" is okay, they are good options. 
 
just got a couple satos, fast shipping. they are 6mm not 1/4" and they look ok (much nicer quality than the ones from weber) not sure how much different they are from rca, there is some ridges/lines (seams? flashing?) from the molding process not ground down/buffed out, so they are not as nice as could be

That sounds encouraging on all fronts. Will probably give them a try.  Thing I disliked most about the Webers was the white stripe - too thick, which made them look cheap.
