Just about to swap our PT HD cards from our G5 quad into a new mac pro but i found this tread on the duc.

'Mac Pro (Nehalem) doesn't boot consistently with Pro Tools HD PCIe cards installed'

I'm sure I'm missing something, but how are you going to put cards from a G5 into a new Mac Pro?

The old mac was a G5 Quad so it has PCIe unlike the older G5's.

Well the systems been up since Friday without any problems thus far.
Digidesign still haven't responded to my support requests...

Hope it stays solid for you...

I made the same move without a single issue.
