Frank's Tube Search still down?

Is it just me, or is Frank's Tube Search down?

http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/frank/vs.html

The search form appears, but put anything in the box and hit Search I get a 404 Not Found.

I emailed via the webmaster link 2 days ago, no response.

It's working fine for me at the moment - no problems

I've found that Frank's will go offline - or whatever generates the error message -for brief periods on a somewhat regular basis. Seems like it's never down for more than an hour or two.

Frank's and the mirrors have the PDFs.

No, I am specifically asking about the Search function on the page I cited:
http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/frank/vs.html

It has been 404 every time I've tried for at least 4 days now.
