SSL Alpha, Yamaha O2R96 & Focusrite Octopre MK1, Input/Output Transformers?

Hi,

Just a quick, pretty straightforward question really. Does anyone know if these preamps use input or output transformers?

The Octopre & O2R96 I'm guessing not, due to space issues, the Alpha I'm not so sure.

None of the above use input or output transformers.

not to be annoying, are there any AES EBU connections? they will have input transformers. do aes outputs have transformers too? i cant remember. (I dont think that is what you were asking though.)
