You can get something called water slide decals that allow you to print whatever you want, and then transfer it onto your front plate. Small bear has some and its cheap.

For your controls, go through the META. There is a link in there that leads to a site that will produce different graphics for control stop positions. Personally, I'd grab a sharpie paint pen and draw them on. If its a stepped control, then it will have a spec like 30 degrees per position for lining up the stop positions depending on the number of steps.
