Can anyone stand up or tell who made these PSU pcb's . I bought a bunch of them years ago.
Need the BOM and schematic. thanks

I think that might be handcrafted tone's Power Supply.  Just taking a guess though based on the lettering in the last photo.

You can see the schematic pretty much from your first picture. Standard bipolar supply and AC-coupled P48 supply.
The connector in the lower left corner is the input, the other one the output. Two bridge rectifiers.
IC1 will be some 78xx, IC2 a 79xx voltage regulator, depending on what voltage you want to have.
IC3 a LM317 or TL783, they have the same pinout. C6/7/10 100n ceramic. Choose C1/2/5 according to your
voltage and current needs. Calculate R1 and R2, D1 a 1N4002 or higher. C3 and C4 something like 470µF to 1000µF.
C8/9/C10 can be something from 10µF to 100µF, whatever you can fit easily.
