like a bank & money , it is Calories in vs calories out
portion size is another factor , on gigs with catered meals
is where i have to watch out [ lost 10lbs in 2 months by
doing calorie burning heartrate exercise and watching what i eat
[ quiting drinking would help , not only for losing calories but in not
making bad decisions like , hmmm maybe i will eat all of that pizza , ha ! ]
If you're blood pressure is good and you're careful about salt ,
maybe no worries BUT stay aware , and know what you're eating
