THAT corp 300a 300b transistor arrays

I don't know if this is news to you, but it was news to me.

THAT corp is now selling 4xNPN arrays with min beta of 150 (300a) and 300 (300b).

I didn't check pricing, but the original 100 beta of the standard 300 was a concern in some applications.

I knew about these ever since I started building a 1512 pre. Reading through all the design notes I found one for a mic pre using these arrays. Would these be able to be used in a 5/9k build?

The high beta version was added to the spec sheet late last year, so they've been out there with high beta for at least a few months.
