I needed ltspice symbols for the THAT 4301 "Analog Engine", but since I couldn't find any, I spent the afternoon making them.
The link to the zip is on our blog here: http://www.spreemusik.com/2011/04/that4301-simulation/?lang=en
Make sure you get the thatcorp.lib library from their website, and put it in the \lib\sub folder.
The individual symbols (vca, rms, oa1..3) go somewhere in \lib\sym
There is also a complete .asy symbol, with associated .asc file. Put them anywhere, but keep 'em together.

I tested them with the datasheet example schematic, and it works pretty well.

Edit: Here's a picture:

Just a warning, the opamp models show some weird behavior. Not my symbols (I think), but the lib itself. I'm trying to figure out what's going on, but I'm no Spice expert.
The RMS detector simulates well, and using any other opamp as an I/V converter works well too.

Okay, fixed it. If using LTspice, under "Control Panel -> Hacks" enable "Add Gmin across current sources", then the opamp works as I/V converter.
