Hey guys
anyone can point me to the right direction
on how to mod the Bellari MP 105 pre amp ( you can get those for 50 bucks on ebay )
and since is not the starved plate tube design, people say it sound better than those studio projects VTB1 or art $99 pre amps

I was researching on the net... but the info i get was from like 5 or 6 years back
Thanks
Rolo.

i was able to find some on guitar center at 50 bucks

well... i have seen some mods that replace the op amps and tube...

but speaking of the op amps i want to know what is the current op amp that will fit it and is not outdated
Thanks
Rolo

I'm curious how this one isn't 'starved plate' since it runs off a wallwart.
I think this thread has the answer to all you questions:

Lol

i read that alredy but the last post was in 2010

and according to Jim Williams

I stopped using the AD826 in 1995. It's a dirty sounding chip. It's also noisy.

There are far better choices: AD8599, OPA1612, LT1358, LME49720, AD8512, LM6172, etc.

so i am lost... too many choices.... and in the thread says that some chips need some mods on the circuit also...
but they dont said what mods...  something about that the op amp dont oscillate by itself

ahhh i found this
