try Dan Alexander Audio, if no love there then go to Shep Associates. Worst case try AMS/Neve service department for parts.

I am thinking that a card edge connector to card edge connector PCB will work, then I can just use a regular card edge socket... why did they do this backwards ???

Just an idea....use a Dremel tool to lop off two "fingers" on each end of this:
