Rode NT2A capsule change?

Hi people,

I haven't found an answer to my question in other threads, please forgive me if I have overseen something.

So, the question is:

I have a Rode NT2-A and I don't like it's sound any more. Too much highs.

I read about Michael Joly who mods these things and basically replaces the capsule. Since the guy is in the US and I am in Germany, I want to know:
Can I swap the capsule of a Rode NT2-a by myself?
What capsule do I need and where do I get it?

Easy thing... just search google for capsules swaps for pictures. You need a philipps screw driver and a soldering iron.

I would suggest a Thierch M7, available in Deutschland.
