does someone know how to wire the Tim's CT 12 capsule?

i suppose
front capsule goes to ground (black)
bkackplate of the front capsule, wired to the fixed 60V polarization (yellow)
backplate of the back capsule, wired to C13 (yellow)
backcapsule wired to the 0-120V variable polarization (red)
